摘要
目的调查凉山州地区急诊科护士焦虑状况。方法采用问卷调查法,调查焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,并与中国常模比较,分析其焦虑情况。结果急诊科护士SAS评分高于中国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),焦虑症状检出率高于中国常模。聘用护士焦虑发生率高于在编护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉族护士的焦虑发生率高于少数民族,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士焦虑程度明显高于普通人群,医院应充分重视并采取合理有效的干预措施,以促进其身心健康。
Objective To investigate the anxiety of nurses of Emergence Department. Methods Questionnaires was used to investigate seff-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, and with the Chinese norm controls, the situation of their anxiety was analyzed. Results SAS score of nurses in Emergency department was higher than that of Chinese norm controls, and the differ- ence was statistically significant (P 〈 0. O1 ), and the detection rate of anxiety symptoms s in Emergency department was higher than that of in Chinese norm controls. Incidence rate of anxiety in employed nurses was higher that in prepared nurses, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Anxiety of Hart nurse was higher than that in minorities, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion It's evident that anxiety exists among Emergency Department nurses ; senior hospital managers should take great care of Emergency Department nurses' mental health and provide proper intervention and care in order to mitigate their anxiety.
