摘要
运用役龄回退因子对预防性维修后故障率的递推关系进行描述。以故障时间分布符合威布尔分布的航空装备为例,构建有限时间区间的总维修费用最小优化模型,应用遗传算法对模型进行了求解。通过算例验证了模型的正确性和优越性。探讨了在目标函数不变的情况下,预防性维修成本对预防性维修间隔数的影响。模型可为维修计划的制订提供决策支持。
The recursion relationship of the failure rate after preventive maintenance(PM) was built up concerning with the concept of age reduction factor.And the optimal PM policy model which spends less money in finite time ho-rizon of the aviation equipment following Weibull distribution was proposed.It is calculated with genetic algorithm.The example proves it to be correct and better.It is researched that how the change of preventive maintenance cost affects preventive maintenance period on the same object function.This model can be used for providing the decision support-ing or scheduling the maintenance plan.
