The Sea Targets Detection Method Based on Multi-scale Fractal Feature

摘要 为提高海面目标检测性能,提出了基于多尺度分形特征的检测方法。该方法采用了模糊C均值聚类确定潜在目标点数,根据多尺度分形特征,利用支持向量机方法对像素点进行分类,实现目标检测。实验结果表明,该方法能更好地消除海空背景对目标检测的干扰,准确有效的检测出目标。 In order to improve the capability of targets detection,this paper proposes the method of detection based on multi-scale fractal feature.For targets detection,fuzzy C-means(FCM) is used to determine the number of possible targets and support vector machine(SVM) is used to classify the pixels according to multi-scale fractal feature.The experiment results show that the method can better eliminate the interference of aeronaval background,detect the tar-gets accurately and effectively.
