基于信息价值的h核内和h核外依赖关系研究导引

Introduction of Dependence Research Within and Outside the H-core Based on the Information Value

对h指数的研究和探索已经成为科学计量学和科技评价研究的前沿领域之一,但是单纯的数学研究方法可能因更多关注数量方面(包括被引次数与被引论文数)的直接比较,而忽视其内在价值的变化。引入信息经济学中的信息价值理论对被引论文的价值进行分析,利用边际分析方法,对被引论文空间实施边际分割,在h核内分离出对h指数贡献较大的被引论文,重新计算h核内被引论文的价值,弥补h核内的价值损失;在h核外采用快速收敛方法,弱化大量低被引论文对h核的价值冲击,建立基于h指数的高被引论文与低被引论文价值区分体系和描述框架,将h指数的研究从h核内拓展到h核外。

The research of H-index has become one of the forefront areas of scientific evaluation,in which maybe more attention is paid to the quantity comparison directly（including citations and cited papers number）.If we use the mathematical methods only,the change of the intrinsic value of the index will be ignored.This paper introduced the theory of the information value,on the basis of which the space of citation was broken up by using marginal analysis,separated the cited papers whose contribution was higher to the H-index from the H-core,recalculated their value and made up the missing value in the H-core.While outside the H-core,the method of fast convergence was used to weak charge of the numerous lower cited papers,the system and framework of the higher and lower cited paper were established,and the H-index research was expanded to the outside of H-core.
