摘要
组织内个人知识共享的影响因素包括主观和客观两个方面。在他人研究和专家会议的基础上提出20个指标。通过对20个指标进行调查研究得出组织内个人知识共享的判别函数,并做Logistic回归分析。这两种研究都可以用来对组织内个人是否会进行知识共享做出判断,从而为知识管理实践提供决策参考。最后提出4条促进知识共享的对策。
Sharing factors of individual knowledge within the organization include both subjective and objective ones. Based on other studies and expert meetings, this paper proposes 20 indicators. Through investigation and research on the 20 indicators, the research gets a discriminant function about individual knowledge sharing within the organization, and further makes Logistic regression analysis. Both studies can be used within the organization to judge whether the individual will share knowledge or not, and then a reference is provided for knowledge management practices. Finally, this paper proposes four measures to promote knowledge sharing.
