摘要
胰高血糖素样肽(GLP)-1和葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放肽(GIP)等许多胃肠道激素通过影响胰岛素分泌、肝糖代谢和食物摄入调节糖代谢。GLP与GIP的联合、GLP与胰高血糖素的联合提供了治疗糖尿病和肥胖的新途径,而在一个分子中整合3个内源性激素开辟了治疗新理念。
There are a large number of gastrointestinal hormones such as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) or glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide(GIP) , many of which influence glucose metabolism at several levels. They regulate glucose metabolism not only by potentially influencing insulin secretion but also by influencing liver glucose metabolism as well as food intake. The combination of GLP with GIP, and the combination of GLP and glncagon offers promising novel opportunities for diabetes and obesity. Single molecule combination using three endogenous hormones provides new concept in treatment.
