摘要
目的探讨托吡酯对氯氮平血药浓度的影响。方法采用前瞻性平行对照研究方法共纳入72例稳定服用氯氮平(治疗剂量或维持剂量)的患者,随机分为两组,一组合并托吡酯治疗(研究组),另一组单用氯氮平治疗(对照组)。对研究组与对照组的临床资料进行比较。结果研究组与对照组氯氮平的血药浓度在基线、2月末、4月末和6月末比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.719,0.857,1.196,0.378;P>0.05)。结论托吡酯不影响氯氮平的血药浓度,两者可联合应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Topiramate on plasma concentrations of Clozapine.Methods A prospective parallel controlled method were used to select 72 cases of patients who took stable therapeutic dose or maintenance dose of Clozapine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups： the group of combination of Topiramate treatment（study group）,and group of Clozapine treatment alone（control group）.The clinical data of study group and control group were comparedl.Results Compared the study group and control group of Clozapine plasma concentration at baseline,2,4 and 6 month end,the differences were not significant（t=0.719,0.857,1.196,0.378;P0.05）.Conclusion Topiramate does has not influence on the plasma concentrations of Clozapine,the combination of them is safe.
