住院退伍军人精神分裂症患者生存质量调查研究

Analysis on the Quality of Life in the Hospitalized Schizophrenic Patients of Veteran

目的探讨住院退伍军人精神分裂症患者的生存质量及相关影响因素。方法采用M O S健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）、简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、副反应量表（TESS）、焦虑自评量表（SA S）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）等对56例男性住院退伍军人精神分裂症患者进行评定,并与56名健康男性进行对照。结果患者组SF-36评分显著低于对照组（t=4.095,P〈0.01）;家庭支持少、病程短、年龄小、首次住院、住院时间短的患者生存质量较差。多因素逐步回归分析显示,患者生存质量的主要影响因素依次为BPRS、SA S、TESS及病程。结论住院退伍军人精神分裂症患者的生存质量低下,受多个因素影响,应予重视。

Objective To explore the life quality of hospitalized schizophrenic patients of veteran and the related influencing factors.Methods The scales of MOS SF-36,BPRS,TESS,SAS,SDS were used in 56 cases of hospitalized schizophrenicin patients of veteran and 56 healthy controls for assessment.Results SF-36 scores of the patient groups were much lower than those of the healthy controls（t=4.095,P0.01）.Their family supports were little,courses of diseases were short,ages were young,states were first episode and times in hospital were short,life qualities were poor.Analysis of multiple step wise regressions showed that the main factors fluencing patients＇ life quality were BPRS,SAS,TESS and course of disease.Conclusion The life qualities of hospitalized schizophrenic patients of veteran are poor,are affected by various factors.
