利培酮联用舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的研究

Study on Antipsychotic Combined with Sertraline in Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮联用舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法将78例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为合用组(利培酮合并舍曲林40例)与单用组(单用利培酮38例),疗程12周。使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PAN SS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定,在治疗前和治疗4、8、12周末各评定1次。结果治疗12周后合用组有效率高于单用组,PA SS总分和阴性症状分低于同期单用组(t=3.62,P<0.01),TESS评分无显著差异。结论以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症,在使用利培酮的同时联用舍曲林,对改善阴性症状有明显作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Risperidone combined with sertraline in the treament of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia.Methods Sivety eight cases of schizophrenia with negative symptoms were randomly divided into combined group（treated with Risperidone and Sertra line,n=40） and single group（treated with Risperidone,n=38）.The course of treament was 12 weeks.Positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS） and treatment emergent sympton scale（TESS）were used to assess the efficacy and side effects before and after treatment.Results After12 weeks′ treatment,the efficient rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of single sroup.The total score and negative symptoms score of PANSS in combined group were lower than those in single group at the same period.The total score and negative symptoms score of PANSS in combined group were lower than those in single group at the same period（t=3.62,P0.01）.No significant difference of TESS score was found between two sroups.Conclusion It is illustrated that Risperidone combined with Sertraline should significantly improve the negative symptome of chronic schizophrenia.
