利培酮口服液治疗老年期痴呆精神行为症状的对照研究

Control Study on Risperidone Oral Solution in Treatment of Psychological Symptoms of Dementia in Elderly

目的探讨利培酮口服液治疗老年期痴呆精神行为症状的疗效和安全性。方法 71例老年期痴呆伴精神行为症状的患者随机分为利培酮口服液组36例和氟哌啶醇组35例,分别给予利培酮口服液和氟哌啶醇针剂治疗,疗程2周。采用痴呆病理行为评定量表（BEHAVE-AD）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果利培酮口服液与氟哌啶醇针剂疗效相当（P〉0.05）,但利培酮口服液不良反应小,耐受性好。结论利培酮口服液是治疗老年期痴呆精神行为症状较理想的药物。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Risperidone oral solution in the treatment of psychological symptoms of dementia in elderly.Methods A total of 71 cases of patients with psychological symptoms of dementia in elderly were randomly divided into Risperidone oral solution group with 36 cases and Haloperidol group with 35 cases,they were given Risperidone oral solution and Haloperidol injection respectively,for 2 weeks.BEHAVE-AD and TESS were used to assess the efficacy and security.Results The efficacy of Risperidone oral solution was equivalent to Haloperidol injection（P0.05）,but the side effect of Risperidone oral solution was light and the tolerability was good.Conclusion Risperidone oral solution is a ideal drug in treatment of psychological symptoms of dementia in elderly.
