心理社会因素及干预在高血压发生和治疗中的作用

Effect of Social Psychological Factors and Intervention on Hypertension Episodes and Treatment

目的探讨心理社会因素在高血压发生和治疗过程中的作用及综合心理干预的临床意义。方法对40例高血压患者回顾性测评和社会再适应评定量表(SRRS),并随机分为综合心理干预组和对照组,评定、比较焦虑自评量表(SA S)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、ABP、住院时间及临床疗效。结果①高血压患者SRRS均大于150生活变化单位(LCU)定量;②SA S、SDS总粗分均分别大于40分、41分;③SA S、SDS在综合心理干预前后差异均有统计学意义(t=2.55和2.16,P<0.05);④综合心理干预前后SBP、DBP下降差异有统计学意义(t=4.37和3.92,P<0.001);⑤综合心理干预组住院天数、临床疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.12,χ2=6.4,P<0.05)。结论心理社会因素在高血压发生中起重要作用,综合心理干预可显著降低高血压患者的负性情绪,提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the function of psychological and social factors in hypertension develop process and the clinical significance of comprehensive psychological intervention.Methods A total of 40 hypertension patients were retrospectively assessed with SRRS,and were randomly divided into comprehensive psychological intervention group and control group.SAS,SDS,ABP,the length of stay and clinical curative effect were assessed and compared.Results ①SRRS of hypertension patients were greater than 150LCU.②The SAS,SDS total crude points were respectively over 40 points,41 points.③SAS and SDS before and after integrated intervention showed statistically significant difference（t=2.55,2.16,P0.05）.④SBP and DBP decline before and after integrated psychological intervention showed statistically significant difference（t=4.37,3.92,P0.001）.⑤Hospitalization days and clinical efficacy of integrated psychological intervention group difference showed statistically significance compared with controls（t=2.12,χ2=6.4,P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological and social factors plays an important role in hypertension episodes.Integrated psychological intervention can significantly reduce hypertension patients＇ negative emotions,improve the clinical effect.
