我军军官人格与幸福感关系的追踪研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨军官人格与幸福感的关系。方法对410名军校学员进行了艾森克人格问卷和综合幸福感问卷的调查,其中234名在4年后接受了第2次的追踪测查。结果①相邻2次测查的军官,其人格特质(外向性t=-2.26、P<0.05;神经质t=9.10、精神质t=6.48,P<0.001)、幸福感指数(生活满意t=-3.15、P<0.01,其余P<0.001)之间都达到了显著性差异;②相关分析和逐步回归分析显示,在2次测试结果中,外向性对幸福感的影响力和预测力最稳定(预测力24.3%),神经质比较稳定(预测力27.5%),而精神质不稳定(预测力23%),即外向性>精神质。结论人格特征是影响军官幸福感的重要因素。 Objective To explore the correlation between well-being and personality among military officers.Methods A total of 410 military officers completed both of EPQ and MHQ twice.Results ①There were significant differences in both personality(Extraversion:t=-2.26,P0.05;Neuroticism:t=9.10,P0.001;t=6.48,P0.001) and well-being index(Satisfaction of life:t=-3.15,P0.01;The others:P0.001)between two surveys.②Correlation and regressive analysis showed that the power of influence and predictive power from extraversion were the most stable(Prediction was 24.3%),powers from neuropathology were less stable(Prediction was 27.5%),and powers from psychosis were not stable(Prediction was 23%).So extraversion was powerful than psychosis.Conclusion Personality is an important influential factor on military officers' well-being.
