抗震救灾官兵睡眠质量及其干预效果分析

Analysis on Sleep Quality and Intervention Effects in Servicemen in Experienced Earthquake Relief Work

目的调查了解抗震救灾官兵的睡眠质量,并探讨及时有效的干预方法。方法以参加抗震救灾368名官兵为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQ I)测查睡眠质量。将PSQ I总分≥7分的官兵随机分为心理组和药物组,并进行相应的干预。干预过程中的第1,2,3,4周末再次进行睡眠质量评估。结果抗震救灾官兵不良睡眠发生率为27.7%。干预的4周末两组PSQ I总分、睡眠质量、入睡时间、日间功能评分均明显下降(药物组:t=21.32,9.43,12.32,6.43;P均<0.01;心理组:t=14.31,2.31,7.27,8.92;P<0.01或0.05)。两组PSQ I总分在干预的第1,2周时的差异有显著性(t=3.253,P<0.01;t=2.661,P<0.05),在3,4周未时差异无显著性(t=1.712,1.331;P>0.05)。结论抗震救灾官兵睡眠质量受到一定损害,药物和心理干预均可有效的缓解睡眠障碍,但心理干预起效较慢。

Objective To investigate the sleep quality of servicemen in earthquake relief work,and analyze the effects of psychological intervention and drug treatment on them.Methods A total of 368 servicemen during the earthquake relief work were investigated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）.The servicemen whose PSQI total score ≥ 7 points were randomly divided into two groups： the psychotherapy group and the medication group.Corresponding mental intervention or medication was given to the two groups.The effects were estimated by PSQI in the 1,2,3,4st weeks.Results The incidence of sleep disorder was 27.7% in the servicemen.The total score,sleep latency,daytime dysfunction,and subjective sleep quality of PSQI were slower in the two groups after intervention（medication group：t=21.32,9.43,12.32,6.43;psychotherapy group：t=14.31,2.31,7.27,8.92;P0.01 or 0.05）.There ware significant differences in the total score of PSQI between the two groups after 1st week and 2st week intervention（t=3.253,P0.01;t=2.661,P0.05）,but the significant differences were not found after 3 week and 4 week intervention（t=1.712,1.331;P0.05）.Conclusion The sleep quality of servicemen in earthquake relief work was harmed in various degrees,and medication or psychological intervention appear to be of value.
