中学生手机网络成瘾与网络使用自控力的研究

Research on Middle School Students' Mobile Phone Internet Addition and Self-control over Internet Use

目的调查中学生手机网络使用情况、手机网络使用自控力特点及其与手机网络成瘾的关系。方法采用基本信息问卷、修订的中学生手机网络成瘾量表、修订的中学生手机网络使用自控问卷对300名中学生进行调查。结果①中学生使用手机上网现象比较普遍,并且以娱乐为主要目的,存在手机网络成瘾现象,但比例不大;②手机网络成瘾总分不具有性别、年级的差异性,初中生在性别上具有手机网络成瘾差异(t=1.556,P<0.01);③性别与网络使用自控力反强迫性维度上成显著差异(t=2.182,P<0.01),年级在一定程度上与网络使用自控力存在显著差异(F=16.719,P<0.01)。结论手机网络成瘾与手机网络使用情况具有一定的关系。

Objective To investigate middle school students＇ use of mobile phone internet,the characters of their self-control over mobile phone internet use,and its relationship to mobile phone internet addition.Methods Basic information questionaires,revised scale of middle school students mobile phone internet use,revised questionaires about middle school students＇ self-control over mobile phone internet use were adopted.Results ①The phenomenon of middle school students＇ mobile phone internet use was popular,and the main purpose was entertainment.There was mobile phone internet addiction,but the proportion was small.②As for the total scores,there was no difference in gender or grade.While there were differences in genders for middle school students＇ mobile phone internet addiction（t=1.556,P0.01）.③For self-control over internet use,there were remarkable differences in genders and grades（t=2.182,16.719;P0.01）.Conclusion There are certain relationships between mobile phone internet addiction and the use of mobile phone internet.
