摘要
目的:探讨灯盏花注射液联合青藤碱对急性脑梗塞患者的治疗作用。方法:脑梗塞患者随机分为灯盏花组和灯盏花联合青藤碱组,灯盏花组给予脑梗死常规治疗和红花注射液20 ml+250 ml生理盐水静脉点滴,14 d为1疗程;联合组在此基础上口服青藤碱片。14天后检测患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP含量。结果:灯盏花组和灯盏花联合青藤碱组均能显著降低患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的含量,相对于单独应用灯盏花组,联合青藤碱组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的下调更明显;联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于灯盏花组。结论:灯盏花联合青藤碱对急性脑梗塞的疗效更显著。
Objective ： To investigate the joint sinomenine Erigeron Injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods ： cerebral infarction were randonfly divided into groups and Erigeron Efigeron joint sinomenine group breviscapini group received conventional treatment and safflower stroke injection 20 ml ＋ 250 ml noruml saline intravenously, 14 d course of treatment ; combined group on the basis of the above treatment of oral sinomenine. 14 days ＇after the detection of serum IL- 6, TNF- α and hs - CRP levels. Results： The group and Erigeron Erigeron joint sinomenine group can significantly decreased serum IL - 6, TNF -α and hs - CRP levels, compared with Dengzhanhua alone group, the Joint sinomenine levels of serum in IL- 6, TNF- α and the reduction in hs - CRP is more obvious;combined treatment group was higher than the total effective details Dengzhanhua group. Conclusions： Erigeron joint Sinomenine more pronounced acute cerebral infarction.
