肌钙蛋白T检测对冠心病的诊断价值

目的:探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)对冠心病(CHD)的诊断价值。方法:采用罗氏公司cobase 411电化学发光免疫分析快速测试方法同时测定并观察113名冠心痛患者cTnT及CK-MB(肌酸激酶同工酶)、Mb(肌红蛋白)的变化。结果:经临床EKG和临床表现明确诊断的冠心病患者cTnT均升高,67名患者CK-MB升高,68名患者Mb升高,提示cTnT对冠心痛的诊断准确性与CK-MB相似,对于CK-MB正常的冠心病,cTnT对其诊断更有价值。结论:cTnT为临床准确及时诊断冠心病提供了可靠的依据。

Objective Discussion troponin T （cTnT）of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Method Roche cobase 411 using electroche - miluminescence immunoassay method for rapid testing of 113 patients with coronary heart cTnT observed changes. Result EKG by clinical diagnosis and clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease were increased in patients with cTnT, 67 patients were elevated CK - MB, 68 Mb of patients increased, suggesting that the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease cTnT and CK - MB similar to the CK normal coronary heart disease - MB, cTnT is more valuable to their diagnosis. Conclusion CTnT for clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease accurate and timely provide a reliable basis.
