Ⅲ型心律失常药物治疗进展
摘要
心律失常是心动频率和节律的异常，它可分为两类：缓慢型和快速型。目前临床应用的抗心律失常药物主要是通过阻滞心肌细胞膜通道的粒子流、改变心肌细胞的电生理特性丽实现其作用的。按照抗心律失常药物对心脏电生理的影响为基础可将其分为以下四类：
