摘要
本文简述了企业文化的内涵,部分企业构建企业文化所走进的误区,指出建立学习型组织和铸造企业核心竞争力的关键是企业文化创新。
This paper outlines the content of corporate culture and the errors when some companies build the corporate cuhure, and proposes that the key of establishing a learning organization and casting core competitiveness of enterprises is the innovation of corporate culture.
