摘要
针对建筑工程项目日益大型化、复杂化的特点,一套科学合理的建设管理模式既是项目本身成功的基础,也是大型建筑工程项目的关键。通过参考相关文献资料,本文介绍了建设单位自营管理模式,工程指挥部管理模式,项目联营管理模式,项目管理承包模式在大型建筑项目中的应用形式,并利用对比分析,提出项目管理承包模式,它将是我国目前乃至未来一段时间内的比较适合采用的建设管理模式。
In view of that the building project is developing towards the trend of complication and greatness, a set of scientific and reasonable construction management model is not only a base of the project itself, but also the key of the large-scale construction project successfully completed. Through the reference of related documents, this paper introduces the application of construction unit self management model, engineering command management, joint venture project management, project management contract model in large-scale construction projects are discussed respectively, then by analysis, we can get the model of project management contracting, it will be the most suitable management mode of construction in our country in the future.
