Discussion on Quality Control and Management of Construction Project

建筑工程项目的质量直接关系到人民生命财产安全和社会的稳定发展,因此,必须保障建筑工程的质量在建筑施工过程中,任何一个环节出现问题,都会给工程的整体质量带来严重后果。通过对影响建筑工程质量控制和管理因素的简要分析,提出了建立建筑工程项目质量管理体系必须强化目标责任制、监督机制、人员培训、新技术推广、协作精神等,对进一步提高和控制建筑工程项目质量有一定的指导意义。

The quality of construction projects is directly related to people＇s lives and property and the social stability and development. Therefore, we must guarantee the quality of construction works in the construction process. If any part has problem, it will bring serious consequences to the overall quality of the project. Through the brief analysis of factors that impact the construction quality control and management, this paper proposed that the establishment of construction project qua/ity management system needed to strengthen the target responsibility system, monitoring mechanisms, personnel training, new technology oromotion, collaboration soirit, which had a certain significance to further imorove oualitv and control of construction projects.
