摘要
餐饮企业的竞争是"人才"的竞争,而人是各项生产要素中最核心的主要因素,员工的培训是人力资源管理中的重要内容。培训与保持企业的核心竞争力,很大程度上取决于餐饮企业是否有一支其素质、能力与企业的长远发展战略和战略目标要求相适应的团队。本文根据对肯德基员工培训的研究,特别是关于新员工培训做了详细而具体的介绍与分析,概括了肯德基培养人才的方法与模式以及相关具体操作流程。分析了我国企业员工培训工作存在的问题,然后对如何增强我国餐饮企业员工培训工作的有效性提供了相应的政策建议。为企业的竞争力提供启示。
The competition of catering enterprises is "talent" competition, and the people are the main factor in various production elements. The staff training is the important content of human resource management. Training and keeping the enterpriseJs core competitiveness depends largely on whether there is a team whose quality and ability adapt to the long-term development strategy and strategic goal of the enterprise. Based on the research of KFC staff traialng, particularly about the specific introduction and analysis of new employee's training, the paper summarized the method and mode of KFC talents training and the related concrete operation, analyzed the problems in employee training work of China's enterprise. Then on how to enhance the effectiveness of employee training of China's catering enterprises, it provided relevant policy suggestions, to provide reference for the competition of catering enterprises.
