At present, a very important issue is how to cultivate students＇ aesthetic sentiment, aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic method, so that students have healthy body and mind. A very good program to solve this problem is to construct aesthetic goal in physical education. This paper is mainly to analyze the meaning, function, basis and ways of constructing aesthetic goal in physical education.
