新课程标准的基本理念指出:"数学教育要面向全体学生,人人学有价值的数学人人获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。"随着课改的层层深入,这种理念已经渗透到教学的各个层面,数学作为基础学科,在课堂教学中培养学生的创新意识是数学教学的一个重要目标。

The basic idea of the new curriculum standard notes that the mathematics education must face all students, and everyone learns valuable mathematics, acquires necessary mathematics, and different person obtains different development in the field of mathematics. Along with the layers of indepth curriculum reform, the idea has penetrated into every level of teaching.
