According to The Evaluation Index System of Water-saving Society Construction （for Trial Implementation）, based on the developing and using features of social economy and water resources of Jilin province, evaluation index system of water-saving society construction of Jilin province is constructed for scientifically and reasonably evaluating level of water saving of Jilin province.
