靶点射频消融联合臭氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察突出物靶点射频消融联合臭氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者100例,根据入院后患者意愿自行选择分成两组.A组50例行胶原酶盘外治疗组;B组50例突出物靶点射频消融联合臭氧盘内注射治疗组.临床疗效采用改良MacNab评分及VAS评分,分别评价术后第4天,1个月,6个月,12个月的疗效.结果:术后有效率分别为:A组84.7%,90.3%,92.4%,94.2%;B组:92.8%,93.0%,93.7%,96.3%,组间比较差异显著(P〈0.05).结论:突出物靶点射频消融联合臭氧盘内注射是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,6个月疗效远高于胶原酶盘外治疗. Objective:To observe the prominence target plate radiotrequency ablation combined ozone injection for lumbar dlsc herniation clinical efficacy. Methods The diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation 100 patients,according to the wishes of their own choice in patients after admission divided into two groups. A group of 50 regular external drive collagenase treatment group;B target group of 50 patients protruding disc ablation combined ozone injection treatment group. Clinical efficacy of modified MacNab score and VAS score, respectively, were evaluated 4 days, I month, 6 months, 12 months of treatment. Results: After the effective rates were : A group of 84.7% ,90. 3% ,92.4% ,94.2% ;B group:92.8% ,93.0% ,93.7% ,96.3% ,a significant difference between groups (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:RF ablation combined prominence target plate ozone injection for lumbar disc herniation is an effective way, much higher than the 6-month efficacy of collagenase treatment outside plate.
