三种镇痛方法对人工流产术效果的影响

Three analgesia methods to induced abortion technique effect influence

目的：探讨三种镇痛方法对人工流产术效果的影响.方法：将需人工流产的400例早孕妇女随机分为三组,I组采用宫颈局部注射2%利多卡因,Ⅱ组采用异丙酚,Ⅲ组采用杜冷丁及异丙嗪联合米索前列醇,对照组采用传统人流方法.结果：Ⅲ组的镇痛效果优于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组;观察三组人流并发症的发生率差异无显著性意义（p〉0.05）;Ⅰ组的术中出血及宫颈扩张的情况差于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组（p〈0.05）.结论：三种镇痛方法均有镇痛作用,度冷丁及异丙嗪联合米索前列醇组较其它两组出血量少、手术时间短、安全方便,是人流术中镇痛的较好方法.

Objective：To investigate the Three Analgesia Methods on artificial abortion effect. Methods：To abortion 400 cases of early pregnant women were randomly divided into three groups,group I with cervical local injection of 2% lidocaine, group Ⅱ with propofol,group Ⅲ with meperidine and promethazine combined with misoprostol,the control group used the traditional flow method. Results： In group Ⅲ than that in I group, the analgesic effect＇of group Ⅱ was observed in the three groups of people ; the complication rate was no significant difference （P〉0.05） ;group Ⅰ intraoperative bleeding and cervical dilatation worse in group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Three analgesia methods showed analgesic effects,meperidine and promethazine combined with misoprostol group than the other two groups with less bleeding, short operation time, safe and convenient,is a good method in artificial abortion analgesia.
