倍他乐克治疗冠心病的临床观察被引量：2

摘要目的：探讨倍他乐克治疗冠心病的临床疗效.方法：40例冠心病患者服用倍他乐克100mg/d,3周为1疗程,观察症状、心电图、心功能等指标.结果：用药后心绞痛发生的频率由8.20±4.40次/周下降到2.10±2.30次/周;缺血发生次数由3.10±1.88 次/24h 下降到1.95±1.31次/24h;缺血性ST段下移和T波倒置的情况,以及生活质量均有明显改善.结论：倍他乐克有利于冠心病患者全面改善临床症状和生活质量.
