术中诱发电位监测在脊柱外科手术中的应用

摘要 躯体感觉诱发电位(SEPs)监测可反映躯体感觉传导通路的完整性,是目前脊柱外科手术中脊髓与神经根功能监护的最主要方法。很大程度上减少对脊髓的损伤,极大地提高了手术的安全性,使医源性脊髓损伤的发生率由原来的4%~6.9%降至0~0.7%。本组资料回顾性分析5年内于我院接受治疗的116例颈胸椎手术患者的临床资料,现总结如下。
