混沌理论视野下的教师教育课程资源观

The Curriculum Resources of Teacher Education from the Chaos Theory Perspective

随着国家教育事业的不断发展,关乎教育质量的教师教育问题愈来愈凸显其重要的意义。当前,我国教师教育课程资源仍存在一些问题。从混沌理论演绎来看,教师教育课程资源应该是一个混沌的综合系统,在课程资源建设中应秉持一种生成性的、发展的及非线性的视角,系统地去认识蕴藏在教师教育系统内部和外部的各种资源,把握好资源流通过程中的"供"与"给",发挥各种资源的潜在效能,才能实现整个教师教育培养的可持续发展。

With the continuous development of national education,the development of teacher education within the education system should be strengthened and valued.Currently there are still some problems with China＇s teacher education curriculum resources.Seen from chaos theory interpretation,teacher education curriculum resources should be an integrated system of chaos.In the construction of curriculum resources,we need to adhere to a generative,developing and non-linear perspective,understand systematically the internal and external resources embedded in the teacher education system,have a good grasp of the ＂supply＂ in the process of resources flow,and play the potential effectiveness of various resources in order to achieve the sustainable development of education and training of teachers.
