胺碘酮联合依那普利治疗心房纤颤的疗效分析与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析胺碘酮联合依那普利对心房纤颤的复侓效果及复侓后窦性心侓维持的影响?椒?选取2008年1月—2009年1月我院内科42例心房纤颤患者,分为胺碘酮治疗组(20例)和依那普利联合胺碘酮治疗组(22例)。观察心房纤颤的转复情况,在心房纤颤复侓后,继续药物治疗并随访观察1年,评价两组窦性心侓的维持效果。结果胺碘酮组3d、7d转复率分别为65.00%和70.00%。依那普利加胺碘酮组3d、7d转复率分别为68.18%和81.81%。随访1年时两组窦性心律的维持率分别为60.00%和77.27%,两组左房内径分别为(35.12±1.56)mm和(36.82±1.40)mm。结论依那普利联合胺碘酮对心房纤颤的复侓及复侓后窦侓维持均优于单用胺碘酮治疗?赡苡?依那普利抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统,降低心脏负荷,抑制心房电及结构重构有关。
