摘要
针对X波段串联和并联两种结构的反馈式介质振荡器(DRO)进行了较深入的研究,并介绍了一种通用的介质振荡器设计方法,设计、实现了这两种反馈式介质振荡器,实验表明该设计方法简单可行。首先运用电磁感应理论简要介绍介质谐振器应用于微波电路的基本原理,阐述了影响介质振荡器相位噪声、稳定度等性能的关键因素,并分别运用负阻和反馈理论对串联和并联两种反馈式介质振荡器的拓扑结构进行了详尽的分析。然后选用相同的介质谐振器和有源器件,运用仿真软件HFSS和ADS设计这两种结构的振荡器,并结合设计过程详细地介绍了设计方法,最后分析仿真结果和实测数据,总结了串、并联反馈式振荡器各自的特点。
Series and parallel feedback X-band dielectric resonator oscillators(DROs)were deeply researched,and a design method of DROs was presented.Then the two kinds of DROs were designed and implemented.The experiment shows that the method is simple and feasible.Firstly,the basic principle of dielectric resonators applied in microwave circuits was briefly introduced by using the electromagnetic induction theory,and the key factors to influence the phase noise and stability of the DROs were described.The two kinds of feedback DROs' diagram were analyzed by making using of negative theory and feedback theory in detail.Then identical dielectric resonator and active device were chosen to realize the two kinds of oscillators by using simulation software HFSS and ADS,the precise design procedure was presented.At last,the characteristics of the series and parallel feedback DROs were summarized according to the simulation results and test data.
