我国高速动车组车轮超声波探伤技术 被引量:7

摘要 高速动车组车轮质量对确保行车安全至关重要。介绍一种用于我国高速动车组车轮的固定式轮辋轮辐超声波探伤技术及系统,阐述当今先进的相控阵超声波探伤技术及其超声波发射和接收工作原理,以及基于相控阵超声波探伤技术的车轮探伤工艺及其探伤性能,对车轮超声波探伤系统的相关单元进行详细描述。目前,基于该技术的固定式轮辋轮辐探伤系统已投入使用,效果良好。
