摘要
采用关键词词频分析对69篇研究高技术产品研发关键成功因素的文献进行了文献计量分析。研究发现,词频最高的十个关键成功因素包括:"技术"、"有效的项目团队"、"良好的沟通与反馈"、"用户/客户参与"、"有效资源配置"、"有能力的管理者"、"高层领导的支持和帮助"、"强力有效的经营能力控制"、"简单和柔性的流程"和"明确的目标/长远目标"。通过分析这些因素历年在文献中出现的频次,论文逐一分析了高科技产品研发关键成功因素的变迁及背后的原因,有利于了解该研究领域的现状和未来方向。
By employing bibliometric analysis,69 documents are summarized and classified based on the keyword frequency analysis.The result shows that the top 10 most frequently mentioned Critical Success Factors（CSFs） include technology,effective team and staff,good communication and information system/feedback,user/client involvement,sufficient/well allocated resources/founding environment,good decisive and competent manager,top management commitment and support,strong control capable of operation,simple and flexible phased stage/process,and clarity of objectives/vision goal.By analyzing word frequency of these CSFs during the past years,the changes and their causes of CSFs in high-tech product＇s RD are analyzed;it helps researchers to understand the status que and the future direction of the research area.
