植入复合绝缘子芯棒内的光纤布拉格光栅热应变和应力应变分析 被引量:11

摘要 光纤布拉格光栅以其良好的绝缘性能、微小的体积以及抗电磁干扰的优势,成为复合绝缘子运行状况监测的重要手段。为了弄清光纤复合绝缘子内布拉格光栅应变情况,利用有限元法分析了植入复合绝缘子芯棒内的光纤布拉格光栅热应变和应力应变,得出了在复合绝缘子自身结构应力及温度变化导致的热应力综合作用下,光栅的中心波长以及反射光谱与芯棒结构及材料参数之间的关系,得出了光栅应变灵敏度系数与基体材料的结构参数之间的关系;并根据热应变情况计算出在金具压接区部位的光栅温度灵敏度系数,利用绝缘子典型部位温度变化模拟分析了光纤光栅的反射谱变化。这些研究为光纤复合绝缘子的应用推广提供了理论支持。 To understand the tension change of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) in a composite rod, thermal and stress strain of the implanted FBG is analyzed. The relationship between the center wavelength and reflectance spectrum of FBG and .the structure and material parameters of insulator rod is obtained under the combined action of the insulator structural strain and thermal strain caused by the change of temperature, similarly, the relationship between the strain sensitivity of FBG and the structure parameters of insulator rod is obtained. The temperature sensitivity coefficient of FBG is calculated according to the thermal strain in end-fitting, and the numerical simulation on the change of temperature in the parts of the insulator is used to analyze the change of the reflectance spectrum of FBG. The results can provide a basis for the application of the composite insulator with implanted FBG.
