被动电磁装甲对金属射流横向电磁力的计算及验证 被引量:17

摘要 为提高装甲防护性能,对被动电磁装甲中金属射流所受横向电磁力作用机理进行了研究。在等效电路模型基础上,建立了金属射流横向受力模型并具体讨论了射流微元所受横向电磁力随时间和位置的变化;结合虚拟源点理论,建立了不同速度金属射流微元穿过被动电磁装甲板后的横向偏移速度模型。计算显示,当电压达到35kV时,近一半长度金属射流产生有效偏移;试验中观察到了金属射流的横向偏移效果。上述研究进一步完善了被动电磁装甲对破甲弹的防护机理。 The unsymmetrical action mechanism of the passive electromagnetic armor was analyzed, in which a shaped charge jet was forced to move laterally by an electromagnetic action. The lateral action model of a shaped charge jet was established based on an equivalent circuit. And the electromagnetic force distribution vs. time and location was concretely discussed. Moreover, with the virtual origin concept, the lateral velocity of the jet element with different longitude speed was derived after the jet passed through the two armor plates. When the capacitors voltage increased to 35 kV, the obvious lateral excursion of the long jet except the head section was calculated. Simultaneously, the lateral excursion of the metal jet was observed in correlative experiments.
