500kV变电站工频磁场对作业人员抗氧化水平的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Power Frequency Magnetic Field Exposure from 500 kV Substation on Antioxidant Defence Systems of Workers

摘要 为了探讨500kV变电站工频磁场曝露对作业人员抗氧化水平的影响,选择500kV变电站巡检人员及相应供电局行政管理人员作为研究对象,用试剂盒测定研究对象血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-PX)活力;将研究对象分为磁场曝露低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组后,统计分析3个组别间T-AOC、GSH-PX活力的差异。研究得到的结果为:磁场曝露低剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.8)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(197.2±32.3)U/mL;中剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.4)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(200.1±28.7)U/mL;高剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.5)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(191.6±30.9)U/mL。以上3组间T-AOC和GSH-PX活力均无统计学差异(概率值P>0.05)。该研究未发现500kV变电站工频磁场曝露对作业人员血清抗氧化水平有明显影响。 Objects of this study were workers occupationally exposed to power frequency magnetic field (PF MF) from 500 kV substation and administrative personnel of power supply bureau. And the activity of total antioxygen capacity (T-AOC) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were detected by the kits. To explore the effects of PF MF from 500 kV substation on antioxidant defense systems of workers, the activity of T-AOC and GSH-PX were analyzed statistically among three groups which were low dose, median dose and high dose PF MF exposure group. The activity of T-AOC and GSH-PX of low dose PF MF exposure group were (16.0±3.8)U/mL and (197.2 ±32.3)U/mL, respectively. The activity of T-AOC and GSH-PX of median dose PF MF exposure group were (16.0 ±3.4)U/mL and (200.1±28.7)U/mL, respectively. The activity of T-AOC and GSH-PX of high dose PF MF ex- posure group were I 16.0-1- 3.5 ) U/mL and ( 191.6 -4- 30.9) U/mL , respectively. And there was no significant differ- ence in the activity of T-AOC and GSH-PX among the three exposure groups of different doses (P〉0.05). Results show that the occupational exposure to power frequency magnetic field from 500kV transformer substation can not alter antioxidative condition of serum.
