摘要
以城市污水处理厂二次沉淀池未脱水污泥为研究对象,在自制的三槽型电解槽中采用电动力学法去除污泥中的铅。对实验过程中的污泥pH、电导率变化进行分析讨论。研究污泥消化、电动力处理时间、搅拌、阴极室电解液pH,对电动力学法除铅的影响。实验发现:污泥消化不利于电动力法对污泥中铅的去除;延长电动力处理时间可不同程度地提高污泥中铅的去除率;搅拌不利于污泥中铅的迁移去除;通过控制阴极电解液的pH,可显著提高污泥中铅的去除率。在3 V/cm电压降,控制阴极室电解液pH,不搅拌的条件下,电动力学法处理95 h后,未脱水污泥中铅的去除率可达80.32%。
Undewatered sludge from secondary sedimentation tank in municipal sewage treatment plant was selected as the research object,a self-made three-groove electrolyzer was used to remove Pb from sewage sludge by electrokinetic method.Changes of pH and conductivity of sludge during the treatment period were discussed.The study focused on the effects of sludge digestion,electrolysis time,stirring,pH of electrolyte in cathode chamber on electrokinetic removal of Pb.Results showed that sludge digestion was of no advantage for the removal of Pb from the sludge.Extending electrolysis time could improve the removal efficiency of Pb in varying degrees.Stirring was not conductive to the migration and removal of Pb.Removal efficiency of Pb drastically increased by controlling pH of electrolyte in cathode chamber.Under 3 V/cm voltage drop,the removal efficiency of Pb in undewatered sludge was 80.32% by unstirring and controlling pH of electrolyte in cathode chamber after 95 h of treatment.
