刚果红在不锈钢基PbO_2电极上的电化学降解 被引量:4

Electrochemical Degradation of Congo Red by Anodic Oxidation on PbO_2 Electrode on Stainless Steel

摘要 文章利用循环伏安和恒电压电解研究刚果红在阳极电沉积法制备的不锈钢基PbO2电极上的氧化反应,考察了外加电压、刚果红初始浓度及温度等对刚果红去除率的影响,并研究了不同电压下刚果红溶液在PbO2电极上的降解动力学。结果表明,随着电压的升高,刚果红去除率逐渐升高;随着刚果红初始浓度的增大,去除率则逐渐降低;温度升高,不利于去除刚果红。刚果红在PbO2电极上的降解符合一级动力学方程,其速率常数K与电压U呈线性关系。 Oxidation of Congo Red on PbO2 electrode prepared by electrodeposition on stainless steel was studied by cyclic voltammetry and constant voltage electrolysis.Effects of potential,initial concentration of Congo Red and temperature on removal rate were discussed,the degradation kinetics of Congo Red was also investigated.It was found that the potential had a positive effect on removing rate,and the removal rate of Congo Red decreased with increasing initial concentration and temperature.The degradation of Congo Red followed the first-order kinetics.
