摘要
介绍了发电厂凝结水系统的控制方式,原除氧器水位采用调节出口阀开度的控制方式,调节的线性程度差,阀门的节流损失比较严重,凝泵电耗较大,经过分析改造之后,凝泵厂的用电率降至0.2%以下,较改造前降低0.1%以上,充分发挥了凝结泵变频器调节的优势,节能效果显著。
The power plant condensing water control mode was introduced,originally, the deaerator water level used control mode by adjustment outlet valve,have low linearity, throttle valve loss is serious, condensate pump power consumption is more large. After analysis transformation, condensate pump factory use electricity rate dropped to below 0. 2%, before the transformation, to reduce 0. 1%, give full play to condensate pump frequency converter adjust advantage. The energy saving result is apparent.
