摘要
异步自启动稀土永磁同步电动机(REPMSM)具有功率密度大、效率和功率因数高等特点,但是,在启动过程中受到异步永磁发电机制动转矩的作用会产生较大的振荡,设计一种软启动方法,消除REPMSM启动过程中异步永磁发电机制动转矩的影响,改善了REPMSM启动性能,应用Matlab/Simulink平台建模对典型规格(8极22kW)REPMSM进行启动仿真,分析样机实测的启动特性和运行性能,其结果表明了该研究与设计的正确性和具有工程实用性。
Asynchronous self-starting rare-earth permanent magnet synchronous motor(REPMSM)has the characteristics of big power density, high efficiency and high power factor, however, braking torque of asynchronous permanent magnet generator causes the REPMSM to oscillate in the REPMSM starting process. A soft-start method was designed to eliminate the impact by braking torque of asynchronous permanent magnet generators,which improved the REPMSM starting performance. Matlab/Simulink platform is used to build simulation models to typical size (8 pole 22 kW) REPMSM starting simulation. The starting characteristic and running performance of the REPMSM sample was analyzed,the results show the validity of the study and design and engineering practicality.
