摘要
目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法自体角膜缘干细胞移植52例（52眼），其中联合丝裂霉素C应用26例（26眼），术后随访6个月～2年。结果自体角膜缘干细胞移植组角膜上皮愈合快，刺激症状较轻，角膜上皮愈合时间（3～5）d。联合丝裂霉素C组角膜上皮愈合较慢，刺激症状重且持续时间较长，角膜上皮愈合时间（5～9）d。自体角膜缘干细胞移植组与联合丝裂霉素C组各有1例复发，复发率均为3．85％。联合丝裂霉素c组有2例结膜移植片融解。结论两组复发率均较低。掌握丝裂霉素C的适应证，警惕其并发症。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limbal stem cell autografting combined with mito- mycin C for treatment of pterygium. Methods 52 cases were divided into 2 groups, with 26 in each group. One group received autologous limbal stem cells autografting, the other group received the same operation with mitomycin C. The cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results Corneal epithelia of limbal stem cells autografting group recovered quickly and postoperative response was slight. The recovering time of corneal epithelia was （3±0.5 ） d. Corneal epithelia of group with mitomycin C recovered slowly, irritating response was strong and lasted for a long time. The recovering time of corneal epithelia was （ 7±0.5 ） d. One case reoccurred in each group and the reoccurranee rate was 3.8%. Two cases had melt conjunctival grafts in mitomyein C group. Conclusions Two groups have low recurrence rate. We should know the indication for application of mitomycin C and pay more attention to its complications.
