微创经皮钢板接骨术在肱骨近端骨折固定中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术(minimally invasive percutaneousplate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)在肱骨近端骨折的临床应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析我科从2008年2月~2010年8月运用MIPPO技术结合锁定钢板治疗的23例肱骨近端骨折,术后肩关节功能采用Neer评分标准评估。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间为3~15个月,平均5个月,随访的患者均无骨折不愈合、延迟愈合、伤口感染及内固定失败等并发症,术后肩关节功能恢复优良率达83%。结论 MIPPO技术具有手术创伤小,术中术后出血少,切口美观,术后感染少,骨折愈合率高等优点,同样可以应用在肱骨近端骨折。 Objective To discuss the clinical applcation of minimally invasive percutaneousplate osteosynthesis on Proximal humeral fractures and to evalutate its clinical effects.Methods A retrospective study is presented of 23 proximal humeral fractures treated with the minimally invasive percutaneousplate osteosynthesis from 2008 to 2010,the shoulder function after treatment was evaluated according by Neer scoring system.Results All the patients were followed up for 3 to 15 months averaging 5 months.No nonunion.delayed union.infection or internal fixation failure happende in all the 23 cases.A cording to Neer scoring,the excellent and result rate was 83%.Conclusion minimally invasive percutaneousplate osteosynthesis with surgical trauma is small,operative incision and beautiful,less bleeding,less postoperative infection,fracture healing rate higher advantages,which the same can be applied to the proximal humerus fractures
