一次性心电电极不同更换时间对早产儿的影响

目的探讨一次性心电电极不同更换时间对早产儿的影响。方法收集早产儿122例,随机将其分为使用3M-2223型一次性心电电极片24h(A)组、48h(B)组、72h(C)组、96h(D)组4组。A、B组均为30例,女性13例,C、D组31例,女性15例。将一次性心电电极片连接心电监护仪,观察早产儿皮肤过敏反应及监测效果。结果 A组、B组、C组和D组皮肤反应为阳性的比率分别为10%、23.3%、58.1%和74.2%,电极粘贴不牢和电极电位不稳定的比率相同,分别为6.7%、10%、12.9%和19.4%,波形不清晰的比率分别为6.7%、10%、16.1%和19.4%。结论一次性心电电极48h更换最为合理,这样既不会影响心电监测效果,也不易使患者皮肤过敏,同时还大大减少了医疗费用。

Objective Discussion the different impacts of replacement times of disposable ECG electrodes on premature babies.Methods 122 cases of premature babies who used 3M-2223 disposable ECG electrodes were randomly divided into 24h（A） group,48h（B） group,72h（C） group,96h（D） Group.A,B group were 30 cases,13 cases were female,and C,D group were 31 cases,15 cases were female.And the ECG electrodes were connected to ECG monitor,observe and monitor skin allergy and monitoring effects and of babies.Results The rates of positive skin reactions of A,B,C and D group were 10%,23.3%,58.1% and 74.2%,respectively;The rates of not firmly pasted and instability potential electrodes were 6.7%,10%,12.9% and 19.4%,respectively;The ratios of the waveform was not clear were 6.7%,10%,16.1% and 19.4%,respectively.Conclusion The most reasonable replaced time of the disposable ECG electrodes is 48h,and it will not affect ECG monitoring results and be not easy to result in skin allergies,but also significantly reduces the treatment costs.
