锁骨上斜切口侧入路在甲状腺手术中的应用

The application of supraclavicular lateral collar incision in thyroidectomy

目的探讨锁骨上斜切口侧入路在甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法将我院2006年9月～2009年9月行甲状腺手术的患者50例,随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组患者采用传统甲状腺手术方法,而观察组采用改良的甲状腺手术方法,比较两组患者的临床结果。结果观察组患者的手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量及术后并发症均少于对照组,且观察组患者对手术的满意度高于对照组,两组以上指标间均差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论锁骨上斜切口侧入路应用于甲状腺手术中,临床效果满意,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of supraclavicular lateral collar incision in thyroidectomy.Methods From September 2006 to September 2009 in our hospital,the 50 cases with thyroidectomy were randomly divided into observation group（n=25）and control group（n=25）.The control group was treated by traditional operation,and the treatment group was treated by modified operation,then compared the clinical results of two groups.Results In the observation group,the operation time and hospital stay of were shorter than the control group,the blood loss and postoperative complications were less than the control group,and the patients satisfaction with the surgical was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the above indexes of two groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Supraclavicular lateral collar incision in thyroidectomy has satisfactory clinical effect,so it is worthy of spreading to application.
