摘要
针对我院移动临床信息系统的特点,全面阐述了该系统的逻辑结构、系统架构及系统功能,并对应用该系统前、后的临床医疗流程进行了详细对比。实际应用表明,采用医院移动临床信息系后,使医嘱执行流程、药物执行流程和护理评估流程等都得到了优化,有效地提高了医护人员的工作效率,使医院的管理水平上了一个新的台阶。
According to the features of mobile elinical intbrmation system in Nanjing General Hospilal of Nanjing Military Command, PLA, the paper introduces the logical structure, system architecture and system functions in details, and also made a detailed comparison before and after application of the system. Furthermore the application efiect of the system was analyzed, which showed that the system could improve the process for implementation of doctors＇ medical advice, drug and the nursing assessment. The work efficiency of the medical staffs could be improved effectively, and the hospital management level could be gone up to a new stage.
