我院信息化建设的发展思考

Development of Informatization Construction in Our Hospital

本文简要介绍了我院近年来信息化建设的成效,通过对医院信息化建设现状分析,就医院信息化发展提出思考与建议。在现有系统完善功能、优化流程、扩展应用的基础上,抓好系统全面建设,围绕电子病历、就医流程、绩效管理、网络安全等多条主线作全面考虑,要注重系统间的有效集成和数据的高度融合,以及数据利用,充分发挥信息化的作用;同时要形成有效管理机制,提高应急保障能力,增强科技创新能力,信息部门要成为医院信息化的有力支柱。

The effects of informatization construction in our hospital will be introduced in this article. Suggestions will be given based on the analysis of present situation of informatization construction in the hospital. In order to be the pillar of informatization construction, the department of information should improve the capability of emergency logistic support, promote the scientific and technological innovations, focus on the construction of the system by consummating the function design, optimizing the process and supersetting the implementation, and take the alterations on electronic medical records, procedure of treatment, performance management and network security into consideration by attaching importance to the integration of system and data.
