摘要
在莎士比亚的悲剧杰作《安东尼与克莉奥佩特拉》中,伊诺巴勃斯素以冷静机智著称,是安东尼的得意部下,但他最终的结局却是凄凉的死亡。本文将对其悲剧的成因,主要从其自身性格的弱点与现实政治斗争的严酷两方面进行分析论证,揭示伊诺巴勃斯悲剧命运的必然性。
In Antony and Cleopatra,one of Shakespeare＇s greatest tragedies,Enobarbus,a subordinate who was regarded highly by Antony,was famous for his coolness and tact.However,his life was ended in loneliness and miseries.In this paper,the weakness of his character and the inclemency of the political conflicts that led to his tragedy are analyzed in order to reveal the inevitability of Enobarbus＇ tragic fate.
