摘要 研制了耐热聚乙烯PE-RT/PP/Mg(OH)2微粉复合材料,研究了微粉Mg(OH)2对复合材料的机械性能和阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着PP和Mg(OH)2的质量分数增加,材料的机械性能和阻燃性能得到改善。用该复合材料挤出成型的管材能够承受13 MPa的环应力。 Mechanical properties and burn-resistance of PE-RT/PP/ super micronize Mg(OH)2 compound materials are discussed.The results show that the tensile strength and flame retardancy of the compound materials are improved filled with PP and super micronize Mg(OH)2 and employed hydroxyl silicone alkane couple agents.The pipe made of the compound materials can bear 13 MPa ring-stress.
