病毒性心肌炎心电图与临床表现的关系分析

The Relationship of Viral Myocarditis ECG Changes and Clinical Manifestations

目的了解病毒性心肌炎心电图改变与临床表现的关系。方法对我院收治的150例病毒性心肌炎病人的心电图和临床表现进行对比分析。结果病毒性心肌炎心电图以ST-T改变、期前收缩、传导阻滞和窦性心动过速多见,临床表现多为发热、心悸和胸痛。结论病毒性心肌炎的心电图改变与临床表现有一定的相关性,心电图能反映心肌受损情况。

Objective To understand the viral myocarditis ECG changes and clinical manifestations of the relationship.Methods A total of 150 patients with viral myocarditis were patient electrocardiogram and clinical manifestations are compared and analyzed.Results Viral myocarditis electrocardiogram to ST-T change,premature beat,conduction blockade and sinus tachycardia see more,clinical manifestation more for fever,palpitations and chest pain.Conclusion Viral myocarditis the ECG changes and clinical manifestation has certain correlation,electrocardiogram can reflect the myocardial damage.
