可调钠联合可调超滤治疗透析中顽固性低血压的疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Variable Sodium Profiles Combined with Variable Ultrafiltration Profiles on the Intradialytic Symptomatic Hypotension

目的探讨可调钠联合可调超滤治疗透析中顽固性低血压的临床疗效。方法选择2004年1月—2010年12月在我院经常发生透析中顽固性低血压的维持性血液透析患者29例,进行可调钠联合可调超滤治疗1年,观察低血压发生次数,记录透析中血压、心率及不良反应。结果 29例病人中19例透析中血压有不同程度的升高,低血压发生的次数减少,有效率达65.5%。结论可调钠联合可调超滤的透析方法减少了透析中低血压的发生率,使病人更能耐受血液透析超滤治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of using variable sodium profiles combined with variable ultrafiltration profiles on the patients with Intradialytic symptomatic hypotension.Methods Twenty nine patients in our unit who often occur Intradialytic symptomatic hypotension were chosen,then receive the treatment of variable sodium profiles combined with variable ultrafiltration profiles for one year.The frequency of intradialytic symptomatic hypotension、blood pressure、heart rate and adverse effects during the hemodialysis were monitored.Results Blood pressures of nineteen patients were increased differently,The frequency of intradialytic symptomatic hypotension decreased,the efficiency of the treatment was 65.5%.Conclusion Variable sodium profiles combined with variable ultrafiltration profiles were associated with fewer intradialytic symptomatic hypotension,This method improved tolerance for dialysis in the patients with intradialytic symptomatic hypotension.
